To calculate the year progression in a percentage, you need to divide the number of days that have elapsed in the current year by the total number of days in the year and then multiply the result by 100. The formula for calculating the year progression percentage is as follows:

Year Progression Percentage = (Elapsed Days / Total Days) x 100

Where:

Elapsed Days: The number of days that have passed since the start of the year.

Total Days: The total number of days in the year, which is 365 for a standard year or 366 for a leap year.

For example, if today is March 14, 2023, you can calculate the year progression percentage as follows:

Elapsed Days = 73 (since January 1, 2023, to March 14, 2023)

Total Days = 365

Year Progression Percentage = (73 / 365) x 100 = 20%

Therefore, as of March 14, 2023, the year progression is 20%.
